Our Client, a Lagos-based a Luxury Brand Company requires the services of the following smart, intelligent individuals to fill their Lagos and Abuja branch vacancies.

The Positions available are:

JOB: SALES EXECUTIVE (4 VACANCIES) REPORTS TO: BOUTIQUE MANAGER

Overall Objective- Delight our customers by delivering outstanding service to customers and selling the company’s products to achieve set target.
· Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge to achieve sales target.
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Provide market intelligence reports on competitor’s activities.
· Identify sales prospects and develop other accounts as assigned.
· Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.
· Develop new accounts.
· Identify and resolve client concerns.
· Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
· Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to branch manager.
· Participate in marketing events such as road shows, seminars and other office programmes.
· Follow-up for collection of payment and any debts.
· Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
· Prepare presentation and proposals.
· Develop and maintain current product knowledge.

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing serving High Value customers and managing corporate account. Luxury brand marketing experience is added advantage.
Qualification: Bsc in any relevant discipline, additional qualification/membership certification will be an added advantage

BOUTIQUE MANAGER2 VACANCIES

Overall Objective: To drive sales activities, direct, co-ordinate and motivate boutique members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve yearly boutique target. Develop and interpret tactical plans for driving sales.
Sales
· Achieve agreed boutique sales (value & volume)
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
· Provide input into teams bonuses and commission structure
· Provide input into recruitment, performance management and development of direct reports.
· Provide support to Head Office in recovery of old debt
· Develop relevant periodic and ad hoc reports on sales, market intelligence etc
· Drive implementation of sales promotion activities e.g. roadshow, exhibitions and events.
· Report on effectiveness of implemented promotional event(s)
· Build and maintain a robust customer base of High Network clients and corporate accounts.
· Achieve effective boutique management to ensure all fixtures are adequately serviced and maintained.
· Ensure updated product knowledge for all staff in assigned boutique
· Prepare presentation and proposals.

Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in sales and marketing, serving high value clients and corporate accounts with at least 3 years supervisory experience. Luxury brand marketing experience is added advantage.
Qualification: Bsc in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field
