We seek to recruit the following two roles in our Lagos and our Port Harcourt Office.

CREDIT COORDINATOR
DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Business Management with up-to-date, accurate and complete Client Accounts
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, period end provisioning and payment allocation
Manage the client accounts to payments terms and pro-actively identify issues that delay payments
Work with business management to identify and resolve that arise on the client’s accounts
Supervise a small team of credit office who prepare and track invoices
Prepare weekly & monthly management reporting.
Provide explanation of revenue variances

LINE REPORTING & FUNCTIONAL LINKAGE: Report to the Accounts Receivable Controller

KEY COMPETENCE AND BEHAVIOUR:
Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work with detail but maintain an overview
Able to work deadline with a minimum of supervision
Good interpersonal skills with a wide range of people outside the Finance discipline
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in an accounting or finance discipline is required
Professional accounting qualification is an advantage
You have work in the finance department of a large commercial enterprise of 2/3 years.
Experience in an International environment is an asset

LANGUAGES: Fluent in English

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:
Good mastery of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Oracle is an asset

REFERENT ENGINEER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train all Nigerian engineers in line with company’s approved training programs, in class onboard vessels
Train and follows up on new under training process
Training regularly existing engineers for refreshing
Training especially but do not limit to: safety, drills, maintenance, log books, procedure and documentation
Train engineers at the base workshop.
Assess all engineers in line with company’s procedures
Visit vessels offshore to assess performance of engineers on the job
Identify people who need more urgently in-house training to organize sessions
Participate in identify people who needing external training
Inspects boats at arrival at Amadi base and assist with maintenance
Participate in analyzing incidents and improving human performance on board
Inform Master training center about assessment progress (individual assessments results and progress in assessing all crews)
Promote safe and clean environment on board and at the base at all times
Promote spirit of continuing improvement of skills and performance
Acts as a team player in the training team
Communicate with Master training center on training strategies and lesson sharing
Link as training team with Master training center for recommendations on posting.

LINE REPORTING & FUNCTIONAL LINKAGE: Reports to the Master, Training Center

Basic & advanced SRCW 95 Mandatory
Chief Engineering unlimited with certificate STCW95
Offshore experience

LANGUAGES: Fluent in English
