PROJECT COORDINATOR {QUANTITY SURVEYOR}

Job Description:

• Prepares quotation, presentation samples as required/needed by clients;
• Coordinates all aspects of the designated engagement projects;
• Prepares letters following up payments in line with the terms of payment in contract;
• Inspects works in the project site to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
• Identifies and develops new prospects and projects;
• Acts as contact person for the projects including clients and facilitators;
• Coordinates with Management the project contracts, finances and labor to ensure that projects are delivered within the time and budget;
• The responsibilities for the role will include full financial management for the maintenance jobs, ensuring maximum profitability is achieved.
• You will be monitoring KPI's for the contract ensuring all costs are controlled and monitored and be responsible for handling and processing invoices.

• Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all office appliances and equipment
• Allocation of pool cars to staff whenever they need to go out on official duties
• Fueling and management of all official vehicles
• And other jobs as directed by your supervisor
