HR BACK OFFICE CONSULTANT
•Establishing an effective Human Resource Management System within the Organisation
•Implementing an effective Performance Management System, and being pivotal to Performance Appraisals (through the use of approved KPIs).
•Design and Review Business Processes and Strategies to facilitate the success of all Business Units within the Organisation.
•Coordinating In House Trainings and enhancing staff development and competency building at every level.
•Creating and Recreating Functional Work Plans for achieving quality and operational excellence of all business activities within the organisation.
•Sustaining a healthy flow of Communication and Constructive Feedback between all lines within the organisation
Qualification
A relevant first degree (having a masters will be an advantage)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an HR environment
Professional Certification in of any of the following: CIPM, CIPD etc
