1. OUTLET MANAGER. REF: OM 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Hotel and Catering/Hospitality Management or any other related discipline from a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years Post-NYSC practical work experience in a similar position and in, at least, a 4 star hotel environment.
• Must possess outstanding managerial, supervisory and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage-related aspects of fast food management.
• Deep understanding of customer service concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules promptly on a consistent basis.
• Have an outgoing personality and possess excellent people skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills and exposure to fast food/quick service restaurant management.
• Age: Not more than 35 years.

2. STORE MANAGER. REF: SM 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A good first degree or HND in social science related course from a reputable institution.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years Post – NYSC experience in a store department of a company in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of financial and stock procedures.
• Must possess excellent administrative and supervisory skills.
• Must possess excellent communication and “people skills” as well as operational knowledge which include time management and such.
• High personal and ethical standards.
• Ability to make on-the-spot decisions are a norm.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules promptly on a consistent basis.
• Computer skills will be an added advantage.
• Age: Not more than 40 years.

3. ACCOUNTANTS. REF: ACC 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A good first degree or HND in Accounting from a reputable institution.
• Must possess at least 5 years Post-NYSC experience in an accounting department of a company in the hospitality industry.
• Must possess proper bookkeeping skills as well as being able to prepare Monthly Accounts and Balance sheets for the company.
• Must possess excellent understanding of Accounting standards and the ability to implement Group Accounting packages is essential.
• Must possess excellent administrative and supervisory skills.
• Good knowledge of Financial and Credit Control procedures
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• High personal and ethical standards.

4. AUDIT/INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER . REF: ACC 02
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A good first degree or HND in Accounting from a reputable institution.
• Must possess at least 3 years Post-NYSC experience in an accounting and internal audit in relevant service/hospitality environment.
• Able to deliver wide range and in-depth audits that provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk management and control procedures.
• Able to conduct compliance and substantive tests.
• Must possess excellent administrative, supervisory and communication skills.
• High personal and ethical standards.

5. CONTINENTAL CHEF/COOK. REF: CC 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Minimum OND or equivalent in catering or cookery science.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position and in a 4 star hotel environment.
• Menu planning and kitchen management ability a must.
• Thorough knowledge of confectionery and baking.
• Excellent knowledge of Continental dishes.
• Must possess relevant and up to date knowledge on safety and health standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules promptly on a consistent basis.
• Must possess good inventory control knowledge.
• Understanding of customer service concepts.
• High personal and ethical standards.
• Age: Not more than 40 years.

6. NATIONAL CHEF/COOK. REF: NC 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Minimum OND or equivalent in catering or cookery science.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position and in a 4 star hotel environment.
• Menu planning and kitchen management ability a must.
• Thorough knowledge of confectionery and baking.
• Excellent knowledge of National dishes.

7. CHINESE CHEF/COOK. REF: CC 02
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Minimum OND or equivalent in catering or cookery science.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position and in a 4 star hotel environment.
• Menu planning and kitchen management ability a must.
• Thorough knowledge of confectionery and baking.
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese dishes.
• Must possess relevant and up to date knowledge on safety and health standards.
• Must possess good inventory control knowledge.
• Understanding of customer service concepts.
• High personal and ethical standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules promptly on a consistent basis.
• Not more than 35 years.

8. PASTRY COOK/BAKER. REF: PCB 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Minimum OND or equivalent in catering or cookery science.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position and in a 4 star hotel environment.
• Menu planning and kitchen management ability a must.
• Excellent knowledge of confectionery and baking.
• Must possess relevant and up to date knowledge on safety and health standards.
• Must possess good inventory control knowledge.

9. CHILD ARCADE (GAMES) SUPERVISOR. REF: CAS 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A good first degree or HND in social science related course from a reputable institution.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with children in a reputable organization.
• Excellent ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be friendly, patient, caring, humble, lively, reliable, punctual and diligent.
• Great attention to details and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess excellent administrative and supervisory skills.
• Must possess excellent communication and people skills.
• Must be passionate about children.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure is required.
• Knowledge of children rhymes and arcade games is desired.

10. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR REF: PS 01
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• A good first degree or HND in social science related course from a reputable institution.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Post – NYSC experience in a procurement or related field in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial procurement procedures and processes as well as a solid knowledge of external trends and best practice are required.
• Experience of delivering supply chain strategies and processes.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Sufficient and relevant experience in a procurement or related field.
• Ability to analyse, spend and have detailed understanding of the supply market.
• Must possess excellent administrative and supervisory skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must possess excellent “people skills” as well as operational knowledge which include time management and such.
• Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
• High personal and ethical standards.
• Computer skills will be an added advantage.
