1. Head of production (RNL 001)

Key responsibilities will include:
• Planning staff requirements and making any necessary appointments to meet the needs of the factory and production schedule
• Working creatively with creative teams to realize their designs and compositions maximizing the use of the factory’s available resources
• Controlling and managing agreed budgets
• Leading on the continued development and delivery of a safe and healthy workplace
• Developing skills and performance for technical and production staff
• to oversee the running of both factory and use and management of any technical equipment
• to manage and develop the technical and production staff to meet the changing needs
Requirements:
? Must be a graduate of any discipline with a minimum of second class lower or HND upper credit.
? 5 years experience
? Good communication and writing skills
? must be analytical and thorough
? Understanding of staff development & performance management
? Strong organizational and logistical skills

2. Chief Marketing Officer (RNL002)

Key responsibilities will include:
• Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results
• Analyze market trends; recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Prepare and manage the overall marketing and business development budget
• Identify, analyze, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business and heighten awareness of the company
• Oversee the Firm's public relations initiatives including press releases, client advisories, advertising, marketing materials and publications and online marketing
• Design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs, including print ads, publications and web site development
• Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staff
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues



Requirements:

3. Sales representatives (RNL003)

Requirements:
• OND/SSCE
•1-2 years experience
• Good communication and writing skills
• Must be analytical and thorough

4. Marketers (RNL004)

Key responsibilities will include:
• Determine the demand for products and services offered by the organisation and its competitors.
• Identify potential customers for the organisation and monitor competitor activity.
• Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or market share, while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied.
• Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
• Balance organisation’s objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
