Qualification: BSc/BA in any course of study

Years of experience: 1-2 years (post NYSC)

Age: 27 and below

Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will among other things:
ü Attend to clients to ensure needs are met and manage customer difficult situation
ü Manage appointment and communication schedules and respond to messages promptly
ü Receive and keep a log of in and out bound communication
ü Coordinate distribution of tokens to clients
ü Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
ü Develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude
ü Answer to the queries of the customers in an ethical and informative way
ü Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
ü Be self motivated towards increasing knowledge and skills by in-house trainings and seminars
ü Acquire knowledge of latest developments
ü Answer confidently or find appropriate solutions to customers' problems
ü Other duties as may be assigned
