Job Summary:
Customer service is critical to the success of any organization that deals with customers. Strong customer service can build sales and visibility as companies try to distinguish themselves from competitors.Perfect candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and a good conversationalist. Past positions should involve working with people.

Responsibilities:
· Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
· Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
· Solicits sales of new or additional services.
· Maintains customer records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments.
· Knowledgeable of customer service and other information that provides valuable service to our customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Age between 20-30
· Multi-task oriented.
· Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
· HND/B.Sc degree from a reputable institution.
