Our client a publishing company located at Ikeja Lagos seeks the services of a Customer care officer with the following:

Qualification: BSc/BA in any course of study
Years of experience: About 2 years (post NYSC)
Gender: Female
Age: Minimum of 23 years
Responsibilities:
• Attend to clients and ensure needs are met
• Increase organization’s individual client
• Manage company’s event book
• Ensure prompt response to online and telephone customer request.
• Manage customer difficult situation
• Proper management of company’s webpage and correspondence
• Liaise with Admin to meet organizations internal needs

• Candidate must be very detailed, smart, passionate, intelligent and willing to learn
• Must be creative and innovative
• Must be value driven
• Must display high level of integrity
• Must be well cultured and mannered
• Must possess a pleasant and amiable disposition
