QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR
The Quality, Health & Environment Coordinator is responsible to the HRM for the carrying out of delegated tasks with regards to the day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental issues of the Company’s business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for safety orientation, safety training, job site inspections and reporting
Maintain awareness of amendments to the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and make recommendations for their implementation
Perform job site safety compliance inspection including hazard analysis, safe work procedures, written reports and recommendations
Responsible for monitoring adhere to company safety program by all employees subcontractors and to ensure that the staff’s working environment and facilities are functioning and contribute proactively to staff morale and productivity
Research, plan, organize and conduct training programs/seminars for supervisors and field employees, with regard to Fall protection, Orientation, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid,construction-specific related issues etc
Implementation of ISO standards in the Company

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of occupational Health & Sfety Act and Regulations
Knowledge of concrete form work, demolition and heavy civil work is an asset
Working toward certification, or already certified, under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations.
5 years experience in a Construction Company
A first degree in relevant field of study

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
The chief security officer is responsible to the HRM for the carrying out of delegate tasks with regards the Security and Safety of all persons and properties within the Company’s premises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the protection of company properties and equipments
Supervise the activities of all security official manning all company properties
Carry out routine and spot checks on all company sites and residencies.
Responsible for access control in all Company sites; settings out guidelines for visitors and guest access into the Company premises
Relating with external security agencies and regulations within the Company’s premises and sites
Carrying out investigations and making reports on security issues
Advice management on security issues

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Adequate knowledge of security issues in a large organization
At least 5 years hands on experience in the construction or similar industry
Experience with the military or other Para-military services (preferably a police officer not below the rank of ASP) is required
At least a first degree or equivalent qualifications is required.
