JOB ROLES FOR CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR:
Manage the church and church staff, Assist the senior pastor in leading the church, Ensure implementation of church policies and overall church administration.
Job Specification:
• A graduate of social sciences or any relevant discipline
• An MBA is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 7 years working experience of which 2 years must be in church administration
• Must have good organization skills, ability to teach or preach, and ability to lead others
• Must be computer literate (minimum of MS office)
JOB ROLES FOR SECRETARY:
Provide administrative support to church pastors and managing an organized and efficient church office, Keep accurate church records, Use desk top publishing to prepare newsletter, bulletin etc.
Job Specification:
• A graduate of Secretarial/Administrative Studies
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in an adminimstrative position
• Must be able to use current computer software and have a high typing speed.
• Must be dependable, professional and discreet as well as friendly.
• Good organizational skills, pleasant phone manners and detail oriented
