Our client a fast growing company in the engineering and construction industry, located at Lagos mainland seeks the services of an account officer with the following:

Admin/Finance Manager:
Qualification:
  • B.Sc/BA in Accounts or any related (a professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage)
  • Years of experience: 5 years of experience in Admin/Finance.
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Age: 28 - 30 years

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for reviewing, compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Person Summary and Required Competencies
· Accounting soft ware operations capability of two at least.
· Technical knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
· Ability to use all books of account to generate periodic reports
· Professional in approach and disposition
· Excellent verbal and writing skill
· Must be able to create new, innovative and progressive ideas
· Must be able to work in a team to deliver required result
· Must be able to manage pressure and stress
· Must be self motivated and result oriented
· Must be confident, personable and smart
