Topic: wich do i choose GTB or ACCESS ?

if i were to be in your shoes,i will candidly choose gtb.Though i don't know the take home of gtb,i know access pays 121,000 naira monthly after 4 months rigorous trainning.The trainning allowance is 30,000naira monthly.Please use your church mind.

I suggest you choose Access Bank as their workload won't be as much as GTB and there take-home-pay seems to be higher being a new bank.

If i were you, i would go for GTB.

REASON
Though both Institutions are gradually becoming world class but i know GTB's pace is ahead and GTB's branding is almost the best if not the best in the industry.

The brains behind GTB resurgence are powerfully endowed. Their services A_Z, Superb.
Friends and families in the UK settle for GTB for their transaction.
Although I am not too sure of their pay package for Graduate trainee, but i think the environment may offer you more challenging roles in future than the other.
