    why apptitude test for one with over 5 years job experience?

    I feel all an experienced job seeker{say over 5 years hands on the job experience} needs is a chat with her interviewer not all this rigurous
    lenght apptitude test. pls i want your urgent reply on the above topic

    Thank God for your experience on the job but you should know that coys go for what they want and not what you want.And for this singular reason you have to proof yourself,or are you afraid?.Facing so many hurdles brings out the best in you.Take note.

    Are you applying for a graduate job? i don't think they would change their procedure even if you are experienced.
