what am i doing wrong? some one help!!!!!!!

people, please help me o. i have been filling the oceanic bank online registration form for 2 weeks going on three now and when ever i click the submit button a blank page shows up and nothing happens again and i dont ever get to recieve the so much talked about ID no. Help i love Oceanic bank >:(

keep trying and make you are on good server and system i just did mine and there were no problems at all. good luck......
