The successful candidate will be an extremely well-organised individual with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet tight deadlines. High levels of self-motivation and initiative are essential. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and a thorough understanding of the UK higher education system. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications is necessary. Applicants should possess the ability to lead teams and work accurately under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
The post holder will be a University degree holder with 3-5 years work experience at intermediate managerial level within customer service, marketing or education work background.

Key tasks include:
• Provision of PFL support services to applicants considering any of our partner institutions ensuring proper administration of company procedure
• Support delegates visits to the office mostly from UK partner Universities and Colleges
• Coordinate the management of relationships in terms of follow-up with applicants, their sponsors, and sometimes the UK Universities Partners.
• Explore market opportunities and gather useful information to serve as input for PFL Nigeria marketing strategy.
• Management of PFL advertising and publicity activity in Lagos
• Establishing effective relationships with contacts at organisations such as the British Council, relevant local and International schools and colleges.
• Ensure that external and internal communications including queries and issues are handled on a timely and appropriate basis.
• Maintain and report to the Regional Manager the accounting, financial and human resource management activity of the office.
• Explore scholarship opportunities within the PFL partner schools and education ministries in Lagos
• Ensure proper management of the office and colleagues
• Ensure the provision of monthly reports and special reports on general activities carried out or happening within your branch
• To deliver PFL’s plan of student recruitment, marketing, public relations, office administration and good customer service with a view to attract and increase Nigerian student going to the UK, New Zealand and Australia in line with set targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and converting students recruited through PFL offices, Education fairs, road shows, email enquiries etc. Applicant will ideally be an experienced counsellor with considerable understanding of the motivations of Nigerians who want to study in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. A proven track record in student recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills is essential. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, should be enthusiastic and a performance driven team player proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and power point. Demonstrated ability to deliver against targets and in-depth knowledge of the potential international student market in Nigeria.

The post holder will be a University degree holder with 1-3 years work experience within customer service, marketing or education work background.

Key tasks include:
• Ensure PFL meets student recruitment targets
• Counsel and convert walk-in students by providing up-to-date information on UK and Australasia study options, application processing and visa counselling guidance
• Maintain full update on all PFL partner institutions
• Manage all aspects of application follow-up and conversion
• Maintain applicants spreadsheet database and accurate applicant records
• Provide weekly applicant status updates to the Branch Manager
• Other duties
