Hi Odo .Never heard of were you can learn it and I don't know what aspect of matlab you are interested in because it is widely applied in different fields.

Most matlab training ar usually in house one to one, or some times short workshops in schools and institutes. Being involved in facilitating several matlab trainings and applications, but 4now quite busy with other things.
If you're a good reader and patient enough, i can send u good materials or if u prefer someone to contact u for in house training then i can get u a colleague no. Hope u know that matlab has over 200 toolboxes now applicable to many fields but u can start with the basis first "MATRIX LABORATORY (MatLab)".
