Topic: First Bank salary

hey, does any1 know how much first bank pays its executive trainees a year? Also are they like other banks as in, do they pay you any amount after training school and how much? Lastly, i heard in most banks if u have a BSC u get paid more then people with HND what about people wit masters but no experience, do they get paid more than people with BSC? Thanks.
