i heard similar ting from my broda's friend who left chams for NLNG after 2years with them. He said the bond is for two yers though. @all, the bond thing has been(@least , i heard dat 4rm a reliable source), though it may stop in our time (who knows?) but its nothin to fear sha. its just their measure to ensure dat guys dont come to steal their technology to make money elsewhere. but wat do u think? My simple advice is Encourage your staff with a good pay and they will not look elsewhere.
