John-Paul, don't be pay-package oriented. As a youth, you should rather be minded in getting a good job and building a career in a foremost company and not comparing pay packages of companies. Pay in companies can really not be compared objectively because of other conditions of service viz: work hours, time (shifts), leave, overtime, inconvenience, bonus etal.
