the second link that was posted is not scam. it is their actual career site. but the thing is i can't tel wat up wit this baker guys. cos they havent even replied those guys that wrote their test last year. there's no harm in creating a profile for yourself in their database sha. so my advice is submit ur cvs to them. U NEVER KNOW WATS COMING

Please anybody with details of Baker test format for Field Engineer should let the house know because you will be asked to write an assessment in respect to the above mentioned position.
