    Anyone with invitation from HRM CDC?

    Human Resource Manager, Coastal Drilling Company sent an invitation to me on saturday I want to know if anyone has recieved such invitation. They are demanding for administrative/procurement fee of 3,500 naira for training materials. I am confused.
    Please help house . Should I pay this money ?
