Job Position: Human resource Manager
Qualification:
  • a good role model to uphold all standards of grooming and work attitude
  • conduct induction and orientation sessions
  • analyses training needs with heads of departments
  • develop annual hotel trainning plans and prepare monthly reports to the HR and GM
  • reporting to human resources manager to ensure a coherent approach is used to cover the learning needs
