Our client, a reputable organisation, with 2years operation in 3states in Nigeria, is expanding business tentacles to Kwara State, hence the need for KWARA BDM (1), LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPERVISORS(16) AND SECTOR COORDINATORS(27).


1. BUSINESS DEV MANAGER: reports to HQ, track supervisors/coordinators contributions and their accomplishments, research related products and announcements for competitive sales, source and proposes potential business deals and partnership with large agencies and government bodies, examining business risks and potentials; analyse prospective and existing partners' needs and goals for efficient business recommendation, manage daily operations within the state, maintain and promote business network within the state, develops negotiating strategies integration of new business structure within company strategies and operations, monitor logistics of inbound products from HQ to state Warehouse. Adequate syncing with all supervisors and other related duties as assigned from HQ.

2. Local Government Supervisors: manage all coordinators within the LG, implement aggressive and forced marketing strategies, market data collation and analysis, ensure adequate representation at state Warehouse, plan and manage logistics for all inbound and outbound products and other duties as deemed fit by state BDM

3. Area Coordinators: ensure quality supervision of all product deployment withing the area, explicitly train and disseminate necessary information about existing and new products to designated stores, manage and report credit status of all assigned stores, track product counts to avert product outage, reports directly to the LG supervisor, recommend advert strategies within assigned area, source for prospective stores, keep and report database of existing stores and other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Remuneration: in addition to standard company remuneration and benefits, 2%, 3%, 5% respective sales commission is paid monthly.
