Responsibilities:


  • Selected individual will coordinate human resources practices for a greater high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity with standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule every agenda, weekly with monthly appointments.
  • Planning, organising and managing events.
  • Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
    Facilitate organizational development activities such as strategic planning, team building, process consultation and management coaching.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Manage various people-related projects (staff surveys, productivity improvements, etc.. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment activities; update and monitor policies and procedures
  • Attending events/meetings as representative.
