Job Description:

- Contributes
to organizational strategic planning and management
- Monitor and
analyse key trends in the sector and identify potential market
opportunities/business growth potentials
- Provides leadership to
the day – to – day operations of the sales department, while
maintaining focus on the companies strategic goals.
- Assist in
the continuous review of the units activities, make recommendations
for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced
performance of the unit.
- Establishes performance goals for all
sales department employees, and monitors performance on a

- Develops, or participates with the senior staff the
development of the strategic marketing plan of the company

Directs departments to achieve objectives established in the company
strategic Plan.
- Coordinates sales operations with all other
departments/divisions of the company.
- Develops and /or maintains
and improves business relations with all customers of the company.
Oversee all daily sales activities

Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for
the attention of the MD
- Perform any other duties as assigned by
the MD

Job Specification

Bachelors degree in a business related field, MBA is highly
desirable
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales management
capacity in the oil and Gas sector
- Minimum of 35 years of age
