Requested Contract Worker Job Level Description MAIN FUNCTIONS
Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks. Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. Configures and installs computer hardware and software. Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies. Upgrades hardware and software components. Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking. Monitors and collects data on system performance. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. This position would typically include a professional Technical Analyst. Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Specific Requirements (e.g. years of experience, specialized skills) 1. Specific Requirements for 1st Position:
• B.Sc/Eng, 1st Class or 2nd Class (Upper); must be in any one of the following disciplines:
i. Computer Science
ii. Computer Engineering
iii. Software Engineering
iv. Electrical/Electronics Engineering
v. Mathematics
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Self-starter. Can work with minimal supervision
• Strong technical/troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

2.Specific Requirements for 2nd & 3rd Positions:
