Topic: SSS Test format

My Broda,SSS test format is as secretive as the profession itself,just keep urself updated with recent happening in the polity,try brush ur damn memory on the names of the current and past Nigerian Ministers including the recent amnesty given to the Niger Delta Region, also plus or minus little mathematics.

there is nothing like a test format.its all current affairs and your ability to communicate effectively in english language.to write well.all that aside, get some one in govt house, a senator, house member, nddc commisioner to recommend you.its worse than police.

@ inyangobongudofia, you are getting it all wrong, u dont need to know any 'big man' before u get a job with SSS. i joined the Service purely on merit few years back without knowing anybody, but a Detective, who only assisted in helping me submitting my application!
for prospective recruits, the format is simple. its mostly english and current affairs based, but you can be sure it goes beyond knowing Ex-Minister's name. the service usually shop for graduates with good writing skill and analytical mind, so the ability to assess and analyze topical national issues is very paramount. both HND and B.Sc holders r given a level playing ground and also stand equal chance of career advancement, so no discrimination. best of luck!!

@ Feprik, the recruitment is usually coordinated by the state commands. thats where appilcations are received and the first screening phase conducted. if u r in the FCT, submit your Credentials and application at the FCT command in Asokoro, close to ECOWAS Secretariat. i dont knw d address of hand. cheers!
