ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team
potential in the Central Region, crafting sales campaigns,optimizing the relationships across the Progress ecosystem of products outside of our Open Edge products. This position can be located in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Achieving growth and hitting revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team
* Designing and implementing a strategic territory plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
* Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and
performance monitoring of sales representatives
* Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer
relationships
* Driving sales revenues, realistic forecasts, enablement
criteria
* Identifying emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Education / Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management,
Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or
equivalent
* 5+ years of sales management experience w/prior
rep experience
* Experience using Sales force.
