1.0 POSITION TITLE: QA/QC Engineer

MAIN FUNCTIONS

· Development of project specific quality documents not limited to; quality plan, ITP, work procedures, WPS, and as directed as by the Project Manager.
· Plan, coordinate and follow-up quality system activities in accordance with Project Quality Plan.
· Develop and maintain project’s Quality Assurance systems and programs, including Site Surveillance Plan.
· Audit and assess contractors’ management systems and quality plans.
· Lead management system and technical assessments of contractors’ work in progress to establish confidence in work processes and quality of products.
· Maintain site quality documentation and input to final project documentation
· Performs quality surveillance activities in accordance with project Quality Plan and Project/Site Surveillance Plan.
· Implement quality surveillance activities at contractor's, subcontractor's, vendor's and supplier's fabrication/construction sites as applicable.
· Keeps Project Manager updated with actions and quality issues.
· Perform site surveillance/verification checks and monitor production processes.
· Review sub contractor, vendor, and supplier completion files for accuracy and completeness.
· Verify fabrication and construction activities are performed in accordance with approved project specifications and standards and agreed plans and procedures.
· Perform surveillance during manufacture and construction as planned per Project/site surveillance plan.


2.0 POSITION TITLE: COMMERCIAL MANAGER = EXPATRIATE ONLY



MAIN FUNCTIONS
· To utilise his/her knowledge of business law to verify, oversee or approve commercial agreements and documentation.
· Assistance with the development of company’s project external requirements not limited to; logistics, contracts, industry requirements and funding reviews.
· Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures.
· Continuously work to strategically expand, preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts, and regulatory guidelines.
3.0 POSITION TITLE: COMBINATION WELDERS (SMAW + GTAW)

SKILLS REQUIRED
· Set-up and weld parts using the SMAW, GTAW and as advised processes to support production/maintenance requirements.
· Must have undergone WPQ using an appropriate/applicable WPS
· Must have a minimum of 8 years working experience of which a considerable part should have been spent, on an offshore location.
· Should have valid medical fitness certificate
· Should have valid offshore safety and survival training certificates.
· Previous working experience onboard a FPSO or FSO is desirable.
4.0 POSITION TITLE: FITTERS (STRUCTURAL + PIPE)

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Ability to read/work to engineering drawings, welding procedures, verbal and or written instructions.
· Ability to perform shop/onsite mathematical calculations.
· Ability to lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following applicable P& ID.
· Ability to plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
5.0 SCAFOLDERS LEVELS 2/ 3
* Offshore experience is required
6.0 COATING & WELDING INSPECTOR LEVELS 2 & 3
Offshore experience is an advantage
7. CONTRACT ENGINEER
To prepare / package ALL TENDERS / BIDS. At least 3yrs experience
8.0 Blasters/Painters / Port Operators:
9.0 Blasting/Painting Foreman with NACE I;
10.0 Riggers; Banks Man: one number required;
11.0 Maintenance Technicians; Specialists; Assistants; Trainers & Planners.

12.0 DCS Technician 1; DCS MENTOR;
13.0 Mechanical / Electrical Technicians
14.0 Fitter Foreman / Radio Operators / Instrument Technicians / Hoseman / Roustabout /
15.0 HCVA Technicians
· ALL OFFSHORE POSITIONS SHOULD HAVE VALID MEDICAL FIRNESS CERTIFICATE;
· Should have valid offshore safety and survival training certificates;
· SHOULD have Previous working experience onboard a FPSO or FSO.
