From the website house, It would be sold for 1k. But banks still dey say them never get am oh.
As for that guy that asked about getting admission letter b4 u apply, that is not a criteria. I would advice u read thru their site well well.

The PTDF CARD is being sold in a cafe at a prohibitive price of #7,000 in 'Yola, Adamawa state'. While in First Bank, King's Square, Ring Road, Benin, Edo State, it goes for #1,210 including bank charges. I just got mine, and in fact, you can get it by proxy. Cheers!

Please where did you get your scratch card and for how much?

I'm not in Nigeria. Somebody bought it for me at scholarship board in akure, ondo state.
It costs just N1600 altogether according to that person.
It closes on the 8th of jan.

Kindly note that it is the only application that closes that day. Selling of cards
might not be extended till that time. Therefore, HURRY UP!!!
