1. Minimum of ND/HND in purchasing, marketing, Accounting, or any other related courses
2. Minimum of 4 years on the job experience in international and local procurement of oil tools
3. Must be very proactive and able to work under pressure and less supervision
4. Must possess a track record of the 6R’s of effective purchasing
5. Willing to resume work by August 1, 2011
6. Must have good knowledge of the oil and gas industry
7. Must have good knowledge of international purchases (import)
