Please do u have an idea of how she submitted her C.V, was it at their office or through their website.
Honorable members,
please anyone with information on what to expect for a chat/interview with Glo?
my cousin submitted CV there some months ago and now she has been invited for an interview @ their office.
Please guide with your candid experience. It's pretty urgent.
Many thanks

Please do u have an idea of how she submitted her C.V, was it at their office or through their website.
It was submitted to their office @ V/I and she does not know any one there.

@EL-AZAR, there is no big deal as per GLO interview. I have gone thru it a couple of times and even met the chairman 2 days ago......Your coiusin should be very confident, know her CV very well and be amiable. Thats just it. It depends on what role she was called for interview, but questions could vary from: can you tell us about yourself, why you want to join GLOBACOM and at time some current affairs questions.....She should be confident and I assure you, she'll be fine.......CHEERS
@Caledonian,
great guy! I appreciate your response a lot! it would go a long way to help guide her properly.
you will end up picking your offer letter from them very soon.
best of luck!
Thanks once again.

@caledonian pls I will like 2 know which one u applied 4 bc I am not sure if any engineer has met the Chairman, I also leant that he is in South Africa for the just concluded World cup. Thanks
She should just be confident, speak loud and must blow her trumpet very loud. but must especially, she needs God's Favour.
Yes she should be very well dressed, confident, truthful, all smiles while showing enthusiasm and most of all she should ask God for favour.Wish her the very best!
@AMB, the chairman is back from south africa, I saw him on saturday, I applied for the rollout engineer role and they were other guys for the GLO-1 role also to see the chairman on that day.....
Like someone rightly said, it depends on the role she applied for and that is dependent on her field of study.
I applied for the rollout engineer position and have been through all the stages. By God's grace, I saw the chairman on Sunday night for the final interview.
The first stage is role specific. So you have got to ask people what the role entails before going. If succesful, u might have to see the Head of the Unit too for a further interview.
The 3rd stage may be with the HR who would further access you. Only God knows what they look for in candidates.
The last is with Adenuga who just ask a few questions. Like Caledonian said, you have got to exude confidence.
Also, you will need some patience and perseverance as you could be kept waiting for hours.

The position you applied for matters a lot as the 1st stage is always very specific. Above all be confident and ask for GOD's favour!
Note: If the dept you applied for is sales, be aggressive. That is wat they need in sales!!! I am in there sales dept and dis is my 2nd year.
All other stages after the 1st are walk-over. God's best.....
@ Caledonian, I did my aptitude test on April 1 and had my 3rd interview for the post of engineer on May 12 with Mr Sangowawa and till then I have not heard 4rm glo. Do you think I still have hope? Pls reply. THANKS.
