GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM
Pan African Institute Graduate Training Programme GTP is a fundamental career development program for Talent Management initiative organized in collaboration with selected high profile companies.
It aims to ensure that high potential individuals are developed and retained so that they may help to consolidate, and build upon, our reputation.

The Graduate Training Program GTP is a three (3) month intensive coaching and training program for selected new graduates and young professionals.
It exposes trainees to core industry knowledge, skills and applications through an intensive training and mentoring scheme facilitated by industry experts from various industries.

The programmes series of placements encompass engineering, accounting, management, geo-sciences, economics, teaching, research, and service provision. Placements are augmented by training and external
study opportunities, enabling participants to be well-placed to apply for graduate and young professional positions at the end of the three-month programme.
Of crucial importance to the programme are the requirements for all participants to make grade “A” results in ten (10) out of thirteen (10) courses undertaken during the course of this programme.

The programme is open only to those who apply, seat for entrance examination and are selected.
The programme is stretching – it has to be because Pan African is determined to retain its world-class status.
