DESCRIPTION

P&G, the No. 1 consumer goods/services company in the world, currently has exciting vacancies for graduates of Nigerian polytechnics (OND graduates only). Within the first few months in the company, the new employees will have responsibilities and will be supporting challenging projects in the manufacturing/physical distribution division of the company. Candidates will be assigned real responsibilities with targets on which he/she will be assessed. The company will provide all necessary guidance and coaching; however, the individual will be expected to work effectively without supervision.

Business contributions will include:
• developing and improving capability and systems at Ibadan Plant or Ibadan Physical Distribution Center
• supporting various electrical and mechanical initiatives at Ibadan Plant or Ibadan Physical Distribution Center
• supporting investigation of machine breakdowns and issues and developing systemic action plans to fix root causes
• running of manufacturing machines and systems used in the physical distribution center


QUALIFICATIONS
• Applicants must be Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering OND graduates.
• Applicants must have completed their OND after 2008 (i.e. only 2009, 2010, 2011 applicants will be accepted)
• Applicants must possess high integrity and have the passion for doing the right thing
• Good communication skills in English is required for the job (written and verbal)
