Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Entry Level)
Business Objective: To achieve proper and effective operations and maintenance of workshop equipment. Core Working Relationships: Project Managers, Welding & Fabrication Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Welders, Engineers
Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
· Operating and maintaining the company equipment and facilities.

· Assisting with AutoCAD designing and CNC programming.
· Responding to equipment breakdown.
Using available machines to carry out duties in the workshop

· Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments
· Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures: complying with legal regulations.
· Ensuring all safety, environmental and site standards are strictly adhered to within the facility.
· Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
· Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
· Overhauling and replacing according to schedule.
· Keeping a maintenance record.
· Participating in technical procurement.
Requirements · A good 1st degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Very good knowledge of the use of AutoCAD
· Very good knowledge of the M.S Office suite (especially word, excel and PowerPoint)
· Excellent writing skills.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Proactive (ability to think and take initiative) and must have problem solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure
