It's been slightly over a month now oiltest conducted their aptitude test for trainee field engineers.we all are hoping to be called for interview.From my last research it takes about 2 months before they call for interview so I want 2 encourage concerned candidates 2 hope,keeping their fingers crossed.Anyone with additional info should also please contribute,we all should be our brothers' keeper.

i thought i was the only one getting too anxious. i called them last week too, and i got the same answer. they dnt know when they results would be out, but i was told that they are actually marking it. i guess all we have to do is to keep praying, and hope the oil and gas industry remains as stable as it is now.

@donald, i think it wil b dificult 2 predict, but u can work wit dis, i applied dec last yr & was calld 4 text by feb. But if i may ask did oil test group publish any vacancy last mnth?

oiltest advtised on d 5th of feb n i submitted at d post office like odas did on d 8th of feb. i dont know hw far dey hv gone wit d batch B

i dnt think oiltest advertised in Feb. their advert was in dec. but their tests were written in three batches. i think the last batch wrote on 10th of Feb.

@oveh, d text is simple jus dat time wil b ur enemy, in additn 2 wht donald777 said, d text is of five sessions, maths, little english, enof mechanical reasoning. D 5th is text is very difficult i must confess, where u wil b given an iregula shape 2 cut so dat wen assembled again cud form a square shape. I wish d best.
