DIRECT SUBORDINDATES: Risk Management Officer

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To conduct risk surveys (All NNPC locations) and ensure compliance with risk reduction recommendations.

SPECIFIC OR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

•To establish and maintain loss control and risk awareness programmes
•To identify and recommend risk transfer options in respect of life and property.
•To coordinate and ensure compliance with risk reduction, recommendations.
•To identify and recommend new trends in risk management techniques.
•Maintain general administrative functions of the risk audit and compliance unit.
SCOPE AND EFFECT
Nature of Problems and Difficulties: Creating awareness and application of the job functions at SBU levels.
Give examples of the main problems/difficulties that can arise in the job

Minimum Education and Qualifications : First degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or ACII

Minimum Knowledge and Experience: Ten years experience in upstream and/or downstream activities
