NEXUS' current preference, at the Management Trainee level, is for young high-caliber graduates with a post-graduate degree or relevant professional qualification. Our ideal candidate should be hard-working, innovative and self - motivated. He/ She should also be a team player with good social skills and able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Our recruitment process is totally interview-based and consists of both a written and oral interview. During the oral interview you have an opportunity to hold discussions with some members of our Senior Management team, which provides you with an opportunity to make an informed decision about our Company. Candidates for employment may be invited to return for further interviews over a period of time before a decision is taken on their suitability for employment.
