my brother just returned frm towers for a course.here is d info from HR:4900 shortlisted for interview,only 490 will be considered cos dats is no of vacant spaces nnpc can afford to absorb.federal character(13 per state fct inclusive) will be yardstick.the GMs only recommended qualified candidates,selection is absolutely HR.

...is the quota of 13 per state inclusive of EH and operators?

@ dustydee...Your right, had couple of friends employed in 2007...GTs basic salary was 69k which accumulates to 109k after allowances. According to same source there has been an upward review on two occasion btw then and now. The extent of review is what am not sure. More so, GTs received N1.5M as upfront and NDs N0.75M. I believe the basic will be around 75-85k and in addition to allowance be 125-140k.

the salary fro graduate trainee for the last batch in 2007 was about 100,000, but thre has been several union negotiations since then and the salary should be within the region of 125000 to 150000 now for gradaute trainee.

so nobody has any info on nnpc salary 4 GTs

what is the salary for EH and at what stage will an EH fit in i.e. will an EH be a supervisor,supritendent,manager,team lead etc.

this date might be unrealistic, given the journey the list still has to go thru.it will go to GEC first, then federal character commission....... and the way to the presidency, cos it is a national issue.we all know how long stuffs that go thru that process take.i am also a hopeful like you all and i think i am the most expectant, i'd love that list to be released even as i speak now and our various letters delivered to us, but then reality is reality.i dont know for sure but a source told me it might take longer than we are all anticipating.all the same, we shud just be in prayers that what God has started , He should bring to our expected end.His promises for me and all other hopeful will never go unfulfilled in jesus name.goodluck to y'all...
