@Joseph,NNPC pays #130k basic salary for entry level I.e SS6 plus allowance.Please why do you want to know? Do you expect an appointment with them soon? All for one,one for all. @joseph1013 and @moonert,please kindly throw more light on this expected appointment letter.Is the appointment letter from the 2010 recruitment exercise? Or NNPC Retail LTD whose interview was conducted last year December? Or a different recruitment entirely, apart from the 2012 whose test is yet to be conducted.I asked these questions cos these are the recruitment exercises I know their appointment letters are awaited.Thanks for your anticipated kind response. I'll love to hear from @moonert to get her own version too. @joseph1013, thanks for your responses so far, but are you aware that some candidates from 2010 recruitment exercise were offered appointment letter in July Last year and they are almost through with their training? And it could be inferred from your write-ups that you are not aware that some candidates from this same 2010 recruitment exercise were invited in Nov/Dec for another round of interviews by NNPC Retail Ltd and they now await their appointment letters. Hi @ Joseph 1013, you cant afford to keep quiet about this o. A lot of guys are waiting for the supposed second batch of this recruitment ( some people got their appointments in July 2012) and others were called for interview in november by NNPC retail. Still there are others who say they are sure there is a second batch coming, is this the second batch of the 2010 recruitment? (Modify) (Quote) (Report)

Sorry guys, I also dont have all the answers and have to get back to my source for clarifications . That's why it takes a while for me to respond sometimes. From what the guy said, the letters sent out in July was supposed to be the only list and because some names of certain 'Ogas at the Top' candidates were not amongst those, they pushed for another list to be out. So they had to schedule some other test and another interview (guess that was the test and interview someone talked about here). But he said something important: That you passed the test and interview does not mean you'll be called. The exercises were just a way to make a case for another list to be out. There is a lot of undercover runs at the moment. They want their guys to be called and use the exercises as the cover. However, a very small percentage is reserved for those who were exceptional in the exercises. These are the people mixed with the nnpc chief candidates. This is as far as I know. My thoughts are that the people interviewed are the senators lists that will be merged with our list to formalise their recruitment. No concrete evidence though.
