Since the application is done and from what i assume,no comparable basis for selection since every na Niger-Delta,postgraduate,probably had admission,atleast 2.2 holder,category of courses as stated, Then WHAT IS D BASIS OF SELECTION?? eeeeeh,na here man-know-man de wear boot enter field oooooo. Shortlist b4 guarantor's letter,then if u make it de will drop u? Checkemooo and consider if it is logical.
