Position: Business Development Officer (female)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
These will include but not be limited to:

1) Identification of new business opportunities / contacts.
2) Aggressively selling the Company brand of services and having high success rates in securing new clients.
3) Maintenance and development of relationships with existing clients
4) Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
5) Constantly sourcing market and customer information related to increasing market penetration.
6) Ability to deliver a successful product demo and extensive experience in giving business presentations to clients.
7) Excellent communicational skills.
Be innovative in branding or rebranding of company services or products and as well as implementation of marketing strategies /plan
9) Internet/ online marketing savvy
10) Optimization of social media to enhance market penetration and visibility
11) Be ready to embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics

Qualification:
· A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient.
· Minimum of 3years of working experience preferably in design/construction, real estate and other related fields.
· A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential.
· Possess a strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
· Be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
· Ability to use promotional strategies that will strengthen the customer-product/service relationship and influence a large audience
· Possess excellent organizational skills as well as performance monitoring
· Be a positive spokesperson and create brand awareness
· Have useful and important contacts in public and Private sectors
· Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs

Age Limit:
24 – 28 years not exceeding as at the date of the publication of the advert preferably female

Essential Qualities/Traits
· Attractive and confident looking with good physical appearance and posture (minimum of 1.65m tall)
· Have pleasant, clear and forceful voice
· Posses keen power of observation and common sense to take correct decisions quickly.
· Be resourceful at all time
· Ability to work with little or no supervision
· Must be an extrovert , tactful and goal oriented
· Must be polite, patient, tolerant, modest, and courteous to turn the hearts of customers/ clients
· Use key people as agent to accomplish own objectives
· Must possess good command over English language, sweet voice, clear pronunciation, and fluent expressions.
· Be extremely and thoroughly honest
