Jackmon Oil & Gas Company founded in 2013, is a seasoned, established supply chain organization: managed by its owners with corporate policies and direction. The Company’s 3 distinct divisions focus on consulting, outsourced contract services and technology.

As energy prices continue their exponential rise in cost, the need for high quality assistance in planning, organizing, implementing, influencing and controlling new supply chain concepts utilizing technology is accelerating. Our business is based on the economic premise that our customers can obtain single source, expert supply chain advice, services and modern technology at reasonable prices.

Our contract services division (Business Process Outsourcing) is a natural outgrowth of our supply chain consulting role. We have found that clients opt to hire an organization with domain expertise and outsource certain processes on a permanent or temporary basis.

Jackmon Oil & Oil has taken a customized, single sourced approach to its Services by offering companies a wide range of options and allowing them to pick and choose those services that are most beneficial for their companies.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handles customers’ enquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
•Handles incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
•Handles customers’ complaints and follow through on their requests.
•Ensures and provide good customer experience to both internal and external customers.
•Prepares customer service monthly report for the MD.
•Carryout clerical tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT
•Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
•Must have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in customer service.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
•Good organizational skills.

•Human relation and interpersonal skills.
•Must be able to work in an existing team.
•Good written and oral skills.
•Ability to multi task.
