Job Title: INVENTORY OFFICER

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION
Responsible for stock keeping and Support in all the administrative functions of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Keeping Duties

• Responsible for managing the company tools and equipments in the store , classrooms or offices
• Day to day stock management
• Store and release supplies or equipments on approval
• Tagging or giving access codes for all company's assets
• Compile the records of the supplies.
• Checking the supplies from time to time
• Record the number and the kinds of supplies.
• Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
• Securing the status of each supply.
• Checking possible damages or scratches

Administrative Duties

• Procurements and verification of transactions with vendors before payment is made
• Filing of documents
• Make arrangements and co-ordinate program logistics
• Course co-ordination
• Any other duty as may be assigned by management

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• OND or HND in engineering or Sciences.
• At least 2 years experience in store management
• Proficiency in computer is essential
• Knowledge of store management packages and software is essential
• Good Communication Administrative skills
• Planning and Organizational skills
• Confidentiality and Time management
• Interpersonal skills and Team work
• Good and appreciable typing speed.
