guys, PTDF had short listed successful applicants for oss 2012/2013 check their site. And find out from those guys I am sure most of them don't know anybody but God did it for them (I stand to be corrected). therefore pls let's stop making unguided utterances, not everybody will be chosen. some might score high but if somebody from your state gets higher score than you.....
