    Help .............I cant open the ptdf website

    I have been trying to open the ptdf web site to register since 18th dec but all i am getting is site underconstruction. Pls I want to know if there is anybody out threre experiencing similar problem. The site I av beeen trying is www.ptdf.cinfores.com
