Topic: HELP!! HOW DO I GET THE PTDF SCRATCH CARD

Please house! I am in adire need of the Ptdf scratch card. I have tried every thing possible but still unable to buy it. I am base in Port Harcourt and I went to the regional office of First Bank along aba road only to earn that the 20 scratch cards dispatched to that branch finished the same day of arrival.
