@catchdwind and Mr Smith-intbiz is so correct. Some pple that just applied for the 1st time in there website 2days ago have gotten regret mails that they can no longer go further in d recruitment process. So probably, dey are looking for pple with certification.

@manchigo-yes. They sent an acknowledgement mail after applying.

@Zigbo: I won't doubt that but pls allow others the benefit of doubt to just login & check their application status. Hope is alive if it reads "in process"

@All: it is better to confirm that you're out than to be taken by surprise with an invitation for test when you didn't prepare.

That is just my contribution.

But like I said, I don't doubt the fact that regret mails come almost immediately; new inventions, new technologies abound. The site may have a question whose answer screens your progress instantly & sends & auto-responder mail.

By d way I hav a valid rig pass/offshore swimming survival and other certificates

A simple Google check shows that the 'Engineer-in-Training' certificate they require is obtained in the US. I have not heard of such in Nigeria or does anyone know how it can be gotten here in Nigeria?

wow, rejection mails so soon? I was sent a regret mail for one that applied for earlier in the year. Are you guys sure it's not the same with the mails they are sending? I was just about to ask if one can apply for more than one position sef.

Lol. So many regret mails from my friends that applied for ONLY one position and HAVEN'T applied for any position before. I just don't understand what Hally are up to this time. Hmmmmmm. Why "ENTRY LEVEL" then?

I am applying with my phone no probs. I have finished the application, but just want to know if as a chemical engr I can apply. Can't seem to find the requirment anywhere. That's what I am saying.

Since everyone's getting a regretted mail, won't hurt to send my application any how. Cos that's most likely what I will get too...*smile
