Gabson Nigeria Limited, a new engineering & construction company in Lagos and its environs urgently need eloquent and dynamic graduates as Customer Care Officers


Responsibilities:

  • Deals with customer related issues either by telephone, email, electronically or face to face & also proffer solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Develops and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Create and maintain an up - to- date customer contact database.
  • Follow- up on customers before, during and after sales.
  • Provide pro-forma invoices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Send SMS to customers and potential customers on a regular basis.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification is OND
  • Required experience is 1-3 years
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Organized.
  • Good listening and responding skills.
